• Bridging the recruitment process with the dissemination of job vacancy information online so that employers can find job seekers according to their needs, while job seekers can find workplaces that align with their goals.

• Becoming a means to establish cooperation with external parties as event sponsors aimed at increasing brand awareness and company exposure by publicizing related identities, thereby enhancing the company's positive image for market expansion according to the event's segmentation.

• Facilitating personal development by disseminating online registration information for Workshop and Talkshow sessions.

Contributions

• Design the Prototype using Figma to visualize the website's UI/UX Design for other divisions.

• Develop the website using ReactJS, Bootstrap, and SCSS to publish the Career Expo event details that are accessed by 360+ visitors along with its deployment.

• Integrate with 3rd party services, among others including Google Search Console, Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

• Collaborate across diverse roles with Marketing Communication division for display 200+ job vacancy listings from 20+ companies and Event division for website structure and content.

• Photoshoot the D-day event at Ciputra World Surabaya Mall.

About

Career Expo is an annual event organized by the Corporate Entrepreneurship subject at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. It aims to connect aspiring intrapreneurs with various dream companies. In 2023, the theme is "HYPE: Hone Your Potential Expertise," with the hope that aspiring intrapreneurs can sharpen their potential and skills through the Career Expo.
